Personal Training

Working with a personal trainer is a great way to reach your goals faster, more effectively, and in a fun and interesting way. Personal training options at 10th Athletic Club are limitless- some of our clients meet with us 5 times a week, 3 times a week, or once every two weeks. Together, we can determine the optimum amount of time to meet to accommodate your goals and any budget.

Your first personal training session will include a fitness assessment, where we discuss your health history, goals, and time constraints. From there, we set up an ideal, realistic workout schedule that will meet your goals. Our first few sessions will focus on teaching you your personalized program with correct form, pace, and added motivation. In future sessions you can expect your personal trainer to continually update your program, increase your health knowledge along the way, and help you reach your best physical fitness.
