Group Exercise Class Schedules
10th Ave. Athletic Club offers over 20 group-exercise classes weekly. From Core Training and Kickboxing, to Yoga and Pilates, and more, there's sure to be a something that will spark your interest and help you to reach your fitness goals. All classes include a warm-up, cool-down, stretching and standing abdominal work.
